Description of Service

Bonemeal is an AI search analytics platform that tracks brand visibility across AI-powered search engines, including ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the service as we continue to develop the product.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials secure. All activity under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us at support@bonemeal.ai.

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem necessary.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or related systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute data or output from the service
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written consent
• Use automated tools to access the service beyond normal usage patterns

Violation of these restrictions may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Your Data and License Grant

You retain ownership of data you submit to Bonemeal (such as company names, topics, and prompts). By using the service, you grant Bonemeal a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and store that data to provide and improve the service, and to generate aggregate, anonymized analytics.

Analytics results, reports, and derived data generated by the service are the property of Bonemeal. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these outputs for your internal business purposes while your account is active.

Intellectual Property

The Bonemeal service, including its software, design, features, and documentation, is owned by Bonemeal and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analytics data will be perfectly accurate. AI search platforms may change their responses at any time, and Bonemeal is not responsible for the content of third-party AI outputs.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bonemeal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Bonemeal in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bonemeal and its team from claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your license to use the service and its outputs ends immediately. We are not obligated to retain your data after termination.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@bonemeal.ai. Previously paid fees are non-refundable. Sections relating to Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Intellectual Property survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the service. Your continued use of Bonemeal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
